Those persons who perform integrity tests on underground storage tanks or associated piping.  Businesses are not licensed. Fees: Application Fee: $100; Exam Fee: $200; Renewal Fee: $600; Reinstatement Fee: $200 (if license is allowed to expire); Replacement Fee: $10. Examination Frequency:  Approximately six times per year.
