The Graphic Communications Technology program prepares the graduate for a variety of entry level positions in printing, publishing, advertising, and corporate environments.

Students learn to create communication pieces including advertisements, brochures, logos and identity systems, newsletters, catalogs, signage systems, web pages, magazines and books. Students are given a strong foundation in computer graphic design using industry standards in hardware and software.

Students completing the two-year Graphic Design degree program at Bishop State Community College earn an Associate of Applied Science degree and they will have a thorough knowledge of the principles, skills, techniques, and equipment used in the graphic design field.
