What You’ll Learn

One of the most exciting aspects of a career in medical imaging is the wide variety of options for specialization available to the certified radiographer. Perhaps the fastest growing of these specialty imaging modalities is Computed Tomography or CT scan. To help meet this growing need, BTC has several courses it can provide the registered radiographer. These courses are all online and are offered on an as-needed basis. Each course is worth one academic credit, which satisfies 16 structured education credits for the ARRT. Depending on the courses taken, students can obtain the structured education requirements for the certification examination in Computed Tomography administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
