Program Overview

The Education and Human Development program is designed to meet the needs of people planning for a career working with children from birth through school-age. Students earning the Youth and After School Certificate will focus on school age children in diverse settings including, but not limited to, recreation and health and academic enrichment. The program emphasizes current research and practical application involving issues related to youth learning and development.
