This certificate program is a 10 week class designed to offer practical experience in nursing assistant training to aid the participant in finding employment as a healthcare team under the direction of a healthcare professional. Students who apply for the Nursing Assistant Program must meet the following requirements:

1. Completed application
2. Official copy of high school transcript or Official GED passing scores
3. TABE scores
4. Copy of Drivers License
5. Social Security Card
6. Immunization Record showing:
   1. MMR
   2. Hepatitis B series (can be completed after entry to program)
   3. Varicella or chicken pox shot or titers (can be completed after entry to program)
   4. 2-step TB skin test
   5. Flu vaccine

*Criminal Background and Drug Screen will be required upon admission
