HCCC CAI has an amazing Culinary Certificate program that allows hard working individuals like myself to be able to attend school and earn the education and experience needed in the industry, without taking time off from work and running a small business. The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) (www.acfchefs.org) has accredited the following HCCC programs through June 30, 2024: AAS Culinary Arts, Certificate - Culinary Arts, AAS Culinary Arts-Baking and Pastry Option, Certificate - Baking and Pastry Arts. The AAS Culinary Arts and Certificate - Culinary Arts have been accredited continuously since 06/30/1997.
