Description

The AAS in Hospitality Management-Hotel and Restaurant Management option provides students with operational and supervisory skills in sales and marketing, cost controls, and planning appropriate for entry-level career employment. The focus will be on current topics within the Hotel and Restaurant industries and may include the emerging sub-fields of Spa Management, Casino and Resort Management, and Legal Issues specific to hotels and restaurants. The program will also offer a variety of practical hands-on experiences across the range of activities within the hotel and restaurant industries.

Complete the following course:

CSC-100 Intro to Computers and Computing

Complete the following groups:
