Modern commercial buildings are wonders of engineering, combining electrical, mechanical and communications systems to create safe, comfortable environments for people. The Commercial Building Engineering program prepares students to regulate and maintain the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems of commercial buildings. Students will train on the principles and practices of refrigeration and building systems, boiler operations, and hazardous waste management. This program is a recognized "School of Technology" by the cities of Seattle and Tacoma.
