ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN I

This is an open-entry/exit course that is designed to teach skills required for entry-level employment as an electronic technician.  Students will learn the fundamentals of electricity, DC and AC circuit theory, electronic devices and basic communications electronics.  Instruction includes the operation of test instruments, basic programming for testing, problem solving and safety practices and procedures.  Instruction will take place in a simulated workplace enabling students to gain the necessary workplace skills.
