Computer information technology (CIT) is the use and study of computers, networks, computer languages, and databases within an organization to solve real problems. HOW SAU TECH'S PROGRAM HELPS STUDENTS SEEKING A DEGREE IN COMPUTER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

SAU Tech's program prepares students to graduate with an associate degree in computer information technology and to transition to a bachelor's degree program in computer science and related fields if they so desire.

The program also prepares students for the A+, Network+, and Security+ CompTIA Certifications and the CCP and CCTP Cloud Computing Certifications and Linux Administration RHCSA, RHCE, and LFCS certifications.  Students will receive hands-on training in computer operating systems, application software, network administration, and installation, software installation, computer maintenance and repair, hardware installation, programming, Linux operating system, and technology. This degree is also available​ online. Successful students will get credit transfer options to four-year universities along with internships and job opportunities.
