This program prepares students for employment as network specialists in the information technology industry. The program content includes, but is not limited to, installation, programming, operation, maintenance and servicing of computer systems; and diagnosis and correction of operational problems in computers arising from mechanical, electrical or electronics, hardware and software malfunction. It also includes communication, leadership skills, human relations and employability skills, and safe, efficient work practices.

After successfully completing the Computer Systems & Information Technology program, students will be able to pass the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ Certification Exams.
