The Business Program at Trinidad State is designed to offer two options for students. The Transfer Ready Path allows students to complete the lower-division (freshman and sophomore) portion of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree prior to moving on to a university, and the Career Ready Path offers students the opportunity to develop work-related skills while gaining fundamental knowledge to enter the job market more quickly.

In my first year I graduated the Accounting Certificate program. It was such a good experience that I decided to keep going! The main instructor I had was Genia Rasmussen and I’m convinced it was her passion and care that helped me succeed. She really cares about our success. Everything went smoothly for me from the financial planning to choosing classes all the way to my graduation. The staff at TSC are so knowledgeable and ready to assist at any given moment. You won’t find that at other schools were you can feel lost and like you’re only a number. The contact system set up at TSC is easy to use and the instructors are really good at connecting quickly. I was able to grow personally because of the immense support from everyone. Overall, the best two years of my life!"
