Streaming Television and Broadcast Production, A.A.S.

Learn to create compelling media by studying radio-television-film at Austin Community College. ACC’s in-house production studio offers opportunities for hands-on experience, and coursework covers screen storytelling, creative digital production, and more. The program is led by experts in the field, and RTF credits transfer to four-year universities like UT and Texas State.

This creative program trains students in essential modern media production fundamentals, skills and techniques using cutting-edge industry tools. Balancing the art, craft and business of multimedia storytelling for evolving forms of TV, students develop projects from concept to completion, integrating studio/field production, interactive development, post-production workflow, and use of the latest distribution technologies to share work across platforms for impact. An embedded "community media track" includes apprenticeship-style internships and co-creation opportunities with on-site Austin PBS, ACC-TV and off-site industry collaborators.
