Program Description
The Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) Program is a two-year program which provides clinical and didactic education in the field. Upon graduation the student receives an associate of applied science degree. The program is designed to prepare the student to take the American Society of Clinical Pathologist (ASCP) examination for medical laboratory technicians after graduation. This examination certifies the applicant as a registered medical laboratory technician, MLT (ASCP).
