Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program

This program through Southeast Tech, the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and other industry partners gives teens age 16 or older an experiential environment to learn about the construction industry.

Are you interested in a career in building but haven’t landed a job opportunity? On-the-job training is available! This STI program combines classroom instruction, lab work and on-site projects for commercial and residential construction. The curriculum will focus on the following:

Small hand and power tools
Safety
Career awareness
Soft skills
Experienced professionals help you learn now, and you might secure full-time employment later.
