UA-PTC offers an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Information Systems with a Computer Networking option. This degree program offers courses in two main areas – Cisco networking and Microsoft Server networking. The courses offered in this program can lead to two major certifications – Cisco’s CCNA certification and Microsoft’s MCSE certification. These certifications are usually required for entry-level positions in networking. The networking program also offers courses that lead to another popular industry certification – the A+ certificate.
