Health Information Management Program at College of the Mainland

College of the Mainland offers courses for students interested in health information management careers, including medical coding jobs. A health information technician, also known as a registered health information technician, performs a variety of health information functions, including organization, analysis, coding and technical evaluation of health information and interaction with administrative and financial departments of health care facilities.
