The National External Diploma Program (NEDP) is a competency-based GED alternative for adults seeking to earn a high school diploma and who want to work on their own timeline. 

Program operations, which had been handled by Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS), has been awarded to Anne Arundel Community College (AACC).
