Program Description

The Maintenance Apprentice position is part of the Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (MAP), which is designed to develop Maintenance Technicians for Niagara Bottling’s Maintenance department.  Learn how to perform preventative maintenance, rebuild industrial machinery and troubleshooting techniques on all manufacturing equipment.

This is an 18- month program beginning May 2024.

Payrate

During the Program:  $25.94 - $30.03 dependent on location

After the Program: $25.94 - $43.55 ($36.79 likely)

Program Details

Schedule (must be flexible to work different hours/shifts during the course of the apprenticeship, including 2/2/3 12-hour shifts days/nights)
Program participants are able to relocate after the program to another plant in the region.
The program requires 65% travel for one week periods
Candidates must have or must be in the process of obtaining a Vocational Technical School Certificate in a maintenance-related field
Preferred Qualifications

4 years experience in Maintenance or similar manufacturing environment
Experience may include a combination of work experience and vocational technician education
