Welding Training School Certificate Program
See DetailsStudents in UTI’s Welding program will learn about the procedures and equipment required to weld using Gas Metal Arc (GMAW), Shielded Metal Arc (SMAW), Flux-Cored Arc (FCAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc (GTAW) welders. Students will also learn how to weld in the flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions used for plate or sheet metal, and the fixed, rolling and overhead positions used for pipe.
UTI’s Welding Technology program gives the hands-on training needed to prepare for a flexible career in industries from automotive fabrication to aerospace. Developed in conjunction with Lincoln Electric, UTI’s Welding training program curriculum includes MIG, TIG, Stick and flux-cored welding processes throughout the 12 hands-on courses.
UTI's 36-week Welding training program prepares graduates for the industry in less than one year. The program was built in conjunction with Lincoln Electric and will prepare you for the construction, structural, pipe and fabrication industries.
